"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service centre. My car garage was not working, and I contacted your team for assistance. Instead of proper support, I was only given a crane operator’s contact number and told to arrange everything myself. The crane operator quoted ₹1500 for towing my car just 2 kilometers and promised to arrive within 15 minutes. However, I waited for over 2 hours, and no one showed up. I then contacted the service centre again, and instead of resolving the issue, they sent me another contact number, expecting me to handle everything on my own. I want to ask — if the customer has to arrange everything, then what is the role of your service centre? This kind of response and lack of accountability is highly unprofessional and disappointing. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your customer support. I will be sharing this experience on public platforms to help others make informed decisions."
